How it works & privacy
What it does
You paste a conversation you're part of. An AI model reads it and gives you a structured read: red flags and green flags (each quoting the exact line), an effort balance, a plain-language status, and a few replies you could send next. Full Scan runs all of it; you can also run just one scanner.
What happens to your chat
- It's sent once to the AI to produce your result, then discarded. We don't store the raw text on our servers.
- Saved scans live only in your browser and contain the AI summary plus a name you choose β never the messages.
- Share cards include only the status label and one headline. No chat text, no names.
- You can clear your history any time from the history page.
What it is not
RizzUp is for perspective and a bit of fun. It is not therapy, medical advice, or legal advice, and it won't tell you someone is βtoxicβ or diagnose anyone. If a chat shows something genuinely serious β pressure, control, being cut off from people who care about you β it'll gently suggest talking to someone you trust. That's a nudge, not a verdict.
Only paste conversations you're actually in. Don't use this to keep tabs on anyone.
